How to bulk select products using spreadsheets

This guide outlines the process for resellers to bulk select marketplace products using spreadsheets.

If you need to carry out this process manually, please refer to the corresponding documentation.

Step-by-Step #

1. Exporting the Available Products Spreadsheet #

  • Go to the sidebar menu and click on Selection and Sale.
  • Navigate to the Import and Export tab.
  • Select the Export tab.
  • Choose the option List of all products available for sale (highlighted in blue).
  • Wait for the spreadsheet to load. It will contain all the products approved by the marketplace administrator.

2. Editing the Spreadsheet #

  • Open the spreadsheet in a compatible editor.
  • Make sure the file is saved in CSV format with a semicolon (;) as the separator.
  • Identify the products you want to resell.
  • Fill in the following required fields:
    • Seller SKU: The reseller’s unique identifier for the product. It can be different from the marketplace SKU.
    • Store ID: If you have only one store view, use 1. If you manage multiple stores, check with the marketplace administrator which ID to use.
    • Quantity: Set the available stock for resale.
    • Price: Ensure the price complies with the rules established by the marketplace.
    • Weight and Dimensions: Confirm the accuracy of this information to avoid logistic issues.
  • Save the spreadsheet again in CSV format with a semicolon separator (;).

3. Importing the Spreadsheet into the Marketplace #

  • From the sidebar menu, go to Selection and Sale > Import and Export.
  • Click on the Import tab.
  • Select the edited spreadsheet and click the Import button.
  • Then click on Process manually and confirm the import.

4. Verifying the Import Status #

  • If the import is successful, the system will display a green or blue message indicating no errors.
  • If there are any issues, the errors will be highlighted in red. In such cases, check:
    • That all required fields are filled in correctly.
    • That the column separator is set to semicolon (;).
    • That there is no incorrect formatting in the values.
  • After fixing the errors, re-import the spreadsheet and repeat the process.

5. Validating the Selected Products #

  • Go to Selection and Sale > My Products for Sale.
  • Check whether the products configured in the spreadsheet are correctly listed.
  • Verify the stock, price, and SKU information.
