This documentation aims to guide the seller in filling out and updating the information in the Edit Profile Information panel. Each available field will be detailed to ensure the correct use of the feature.
Public Name #
Required field.
Defines how your name will be displayed to customers within the Marketplace.
This is the name that will appear in the sellers’ showcase and will be associated with the products you resell.
Representative #
Required field.
Identifies the person or legal entity responsible for the account.
It can be the owner’s name or the company’s trade name.
Gender #
Optional field.
Can be filled in according to the user’s preference.
Profile Picture #
Allows customizing the image associated with the account.
Ideal for including the company logo or a photo of the representative.
- Maximum size: 3MB
- Recommended format: JPG
There is also an option to delete the current image.
Email #
Required field.
Email used for account registration. Will receive notifications about new purchases and their statuses, as well as messages sent by customers.
Recommendation: If you have a specific customer service department, consider creating a sub-access account with the email intended for that purpose.
Phone Number #
Phone number provided during registration.
Important: This number is not visible to customers and is used only for registration purposes and internal communication.
Company #
Enter your company’s name.
Unlike the Public Name, this field should reflect the official registered legal name.
CNPJ #
Field intended for the Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (Brazilian company tax ID) number.
Essential for tax and contractual purposes.
About the Company #
Space to describe the company’s history, mission, or additional information.
It is recommended to include details that reinforce your business’s credibility.
Company Logo #
Institutional image that represents the brand.
- Maximum size: 3MB
- Recommended format: JPG
Company Banner #
Image that can be used for additional visual customization of the profile.
Ideal for including promotional or institutional banners.
- Maximum size: 3MB
- Recommended format: JPG
Business Address #
Required field.
- Address: Required. Provide the full address, including number and complement.
- City: Required.
- Postal Code (CEP): Required. Enter the postal code.
- Region: Select the corresponding region.
Important: This address will be used for freight calculation, shipping logistics, and returns. Always keep it updated.
Support Phone Number #
Phone number available for customer contact.
Essential for handling inquiries, exchanges, or returns.
Support Email #
Dedicated email address for customer service.
It will be used to send notifications such as return requests, exchange alerts, or customer messages.
Change Password #
The panel offers the option to change your password, which can be activated by checking the corresponding box.
Important: The password change process is covered in this documentation.
Saving the Information #
After filling in or updating all the fields:
- Click the “Save” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Changes will take effect immediately.
