Overview #
The Import & Export tab is part of the Sales Selection menu and helps resellers manage bulk updates to product data, such as prices and stock, and to view import history.
Structure of the tab #
This screen is divided into three main sections:
1. Import history #
- Date: When the import was performed
- Details: Shows the type of update (price, stock, etc.)
- Pagination: 20, 30, 50, 100 or 200 items per page
- Export CSV: Download the full import history
- Filter / Reset: Filter or reset the displayed list
Displayed columns #
- Marketplace key: Product identifier from the supplier (not the seller’s SKU)
- Seller SKU: Custom code used by the reseller
- Product name
- Price
- Status: Pending, completed, or with error
2. Export templates #
- Products available for resale
- Products already selected for resale
- Import template with mandatory columns
- Template for region setup (used in delivery methods like motorbike)
Note: All exported spreadsheets are pre-formatted for re-import.
3. Upload and import process #
- Click Upload file and select your CSV
- Ensure it follows the correct structure
- Click Import to complete the process
Import rules (summary) #
- Only .csv files are accepted
- Columns must be separated by semicolon (;)
- The first row must contain column headers
Required fields: key_marketplace, sku, price, qty, store_id, product dimensions
Optional fields (default values):
free_shipping,pickup_in_store: Nodelivery_time: 0available_region: blankstatus: 1 (enabled)
Status values: Use 1 to mark a product as active, or 2 to disable it.
Regions: If filling available_region, use comma-separated values. Invalid codes will be ignored.
Store assignment (store_id): Make sure to enter the correct store ID for each product, as defined in your store setup.
Removing a product: To remove a product from a store, set price = 0 and include the target store_id. All required fields must still be present.
