This documentation aims to guide the seller in completing and updating the information in the “Edit Profile Information” panel. Each available field will be detailed to ensure the correct use of the feature.
Public Name #
Required field.
Defines how your name will be displayed to customers within the Marketplace.
This is the name that will appear in the sellers’ showcase and will be associated with the products you resell.
Representative #
Required field.
Identifies the person or legal entity responsible for the account.
It can be the name of the owner or the company’s trade name.
Gender #
Optional field.
Can be filled in according to the user’s preference.
Profile Picture #
Allows you to customize the image associated with the account.
Ideal for including the company logo or a picture of the representative.
- Maximum size: 3 MB
- Recommended format: JPG
An option to delete the current image is also available.
Email #
Required field.
Email used during account registration. It will receive notifications about new purchases and their statuses, as well as messages sent by customers.
Recommendation: If you have a specific customer service department, consider creating a sub-access with an email address dedicated to this purpose.
Phone #
Phone number provided during registration.
Important: This number is not visible to customers and is used only for registration purposes and internal communication.
Company #
Enter your company’s name.
Unlike the Public Name, this field should reflect the official registered legal name.
CNPJ #
Field for the National Registry of Legal Entities number.
Essential for tax and contractual purposes.
About the Company #
A space to describe the company’s history, mission, or additional information.
It is recommended to include details that reinforce your business’s credibility.
Company Logo #
Institutional image representing the brand.
- Maximum size: 3 MB
- Recommended format: JPG
Company Banner #
An image that can be used for additional visual customization of the profile.
Ideal for including promotional or institutional banners.
- Maximum size: 3 MB
- Recommended format: JPG
Business Address #
Required field.
- Address: Required. Provide the full address, including number and complement.
- City: Required.
- ZIP Code: Required. Enter the Postal Code.
- Region: Select the corresponding region.
Important: This address will be used for shipping cost calculations, logistics, and returns. Keep it always up to date.
Support Phone #
Phone number provided for customer contact.
Essential for handling inquiries, exchanges, or returns.
Support Email #
Email dedicated to customer service.
It will be used to send notifications, such as return requests, exchange requests, or customer messages.
Change Password #
The panel offers the option to change the password, which can be activated by checking the corresponding box.
Important: The password change process is covered in this documentation.
Saving Information #
After filling in or updating all fields:
- Click the “Save” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Changes will take effect immediately.
