Getting to know the seller profile

The profile screen displays the data filled in during registration. They are:

Image and Public Name
You can add a personal image or your company’s logo.

Account Creation Date
Shows the date and time when your seller account was created.

Store URL
This link can be used for direct redirection to your product storefront, if enabled by the administrator. In general, this option is disabled for resellers. To enable it, contact the marketplace administrator.

Seller Group
Indicates which group your account belongs to. The “General” group is the default. If you are in a different group, it means there are specific conditions previously agreed upon with the administrator, such as special pricing or commission rules.

Public Name
The Public Name field defines the name that will be displayed to customers on product pages, as the reseller option at the time of purchase.

Name (Registration)
Refers to the name entered at the time of registration. It can be the company name or the name of the person in charge.

Registration Email
Email used during account registration. It will receive notifications about new purchases and their respective statuses.

Registration Phone Number
Provided during registration. This number is not displayed to customers and is used for internal purposes only.

Store Information #

Company Name
Enter the legal name or registered name in the CNPJ.

CNPJ
Company registration number.

Support Phone Number
A number visible to customers, used for direct contact.

Support Email
Will be used to send notifications, such as return requests, exchanges, or customer messages.

💡 Suggestion: For greater efficiency, use different emails or sub-accounts according to the type of service required (e.g., exchanges, questions, complaints).

Shipping Address #

The address field refers to the origin address for shipping orders. This address will be used for automatic shipping calculation and platform logistics features. Make sure it is correctly filled out.
