How to change the password in the seller panel

This procedure guides the user through changing the password to access their seller account. The action is carried out directly in the profile edit tab.

Step-by-step instructions #

  1. Access your seller account.
  2. In the side menu, click on “Seller Profile”.
  3. Click on “Edit Information”.
  4. Locate the “Change Password” section.

Enable the change option #

  • Check the “Change Password” box.

Fill in the required fields #

  • Current password: enter your current access password.
  • New password: enter the desired new password.
  • Confirm new password: re-enter the new password for confirmation.

New password requirements #

The new password must meet the following rules:

  • Contain at least one uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least one number.
  • Contain at least one special character: (!@#$%"&*).
  • Must not contain common or system-blocked words.
  • No character should repeat more than twice consecutively.
  • Be at least 16 characters long.

Completion #

After correctly filling in all fields, click “Save”.
The change will be applied, and the new password will be valid for future logins.

Important: store the new password in a safe location.

Note #

This procedure does not allow you to change other profile information.
