Adding Free Shipping via Spreadsheet
Adding free shipping through a spreadsheet is an efficient way to update the Free Shipping field for multiple products at once.
To begin this process, first access your Seller Panel. If you’re not familiar with this procedure, we recommend reading the article “HOW TO ACCESS MY SELLER ACCOUNT” for step-by-step guidance.
Once inside the Seller Panel, go to the side menu and click on “Select and Sell”, then click “Import/Export”.
After accessing “Select and Sell” → “Import/Export”, click the “Export” button. Then select the option “LIST WITH ALL PRODUCTS YOU HAVE SELECTED TO SELL“. This will allow you to download a spreadsheet in CSV format containing all the products you’ve selected for sale in your store.
Before opening your spreadsheet, it’s important to know how to open it correctly in CSV and UTF-8 format. Please read our article “How to open spreadsheets correctly using Excel” so you can view all the data properly.
Inside the spreadsheet, you’ll find all the products selected for sale in your store, along with all their registered information. To filter only the products you wish to update, identify them by the first column SKU (key_marketplace).
To update the Free Shipping field, locate the column named “frete_gratis” and set its value to 1 to indicate “yes”, or 0 to indicate “no”.
After making the changes in the spreadsheet and saving it to your computer, return to the Seller Panel and go again to “Select and Sell” → “Import/Export”. Then click “Import” to upload the updated spreadsheet with your changes.
Click “Browse” to find the spreadsheet you saved on your computer. Once selected, click the “Import” button just below to start the import process.
The file you selected will appear in the Process List. You must now click on “MANUALLY RUN PROCESS”.
Once completed, you will be taken to a page confirming that the update was successfully completed.
Now, simply access your products and confirm that the Free Shipping field has been updated according to the values set in the spreadsheet.
